Summer Mindfulness Retreat

It’s time to balance! Join us on a journey that will guide you in finding a path that could transform your life. During the course of this retreat, you will begin to positively empower your true self, find your inner peace, increase self-love and  emotional healing, and attain greater personal awareness and sense of purpose along with sustainable improvements to your health and well-being. 

No matter where you are in your journey, you will be surrounded by others who will support you. You will find yourself among others who are at various stages of their personal journey. No matter where you are in yours you will be encircled with respect and a welcoming sense of belonging.

We will begin our morning as the sun begins to rise, the breeze on your skin, and the sound of a relaxing waterfall and sound frequencies. We will begin in a relaxing yoga pose allowing you to find yourself lost in a beautifully guided meditation. We will then take a break and journal our experience while enjoying some light refreshments and delicious fruits.

A Journal & Pen for you to keep track of your work and progress.

3 meditation sessions & the opportunity to dip your feet into a cooling pool.

Connecting with other like-minded individuals in a serine setting.

Yoga mats are available for use if you do not have one (these belong to Get Happy Get Healthy). Immerse yourself in self-love and give your body and soul the attention it craves. Secure your spot soon as these sessions will fill up fast. We offer three sessions over the course of the summer and each session is limited to six participants. This allows for a more intimate retreat experience and gives each participant the opportunity to have an individualized approach.
